Error when to consume Web service

Hi all,

I'm trying to consume an external web service, In other testing programs it works correctly, but does not work in this environment.

In SOAP UI: correctly

In SAP: Error

Get error:

Interfaz de Aportes Aportante:SoapFaultCode:5 An internal error occurred. For error details check MPL ID AFab3JhsF8KeHWEKxSRilkB4Nbl4 in message monitoring or use the URL https://xxxxxx.hci.us1.hana.ondemand.com:443/itspaces/#/shell/monitoring/Message

Someone had a similar error ?? can you help please
