Create two XBO enhance screen to ACCOUNT and APPOINTMENT same field type, How to set default value??

Hi,

I create two xbo object in a solution, then enhance screen to XBO1: Account(TI & QC) and XBO2: Appointment(TI & QC).

When I Create a Appointment at QC Screen, I choose a Account User, how to transfer value from Account data???
