BC Set issue in fine tuning

Hello experts,

I have created a BCO, BC Set and then a view. Added these into the BAC elements and deployed.

Added BC View as the navigation target in SAP_BYD_APPLICATION_UI->BCTOOLS->WORKCENTRE->ImplementationProjects_WCVIew

Enabled in scoping and checked the questions.

But when I go to fine tuning, I see the error

"Target UI could not be determined in the current scope"

Can you point me what I am missing?
