Hi Experts,
We have requirement to read Ticket changes history and created embed component as per requirement.
When we create Ticket by default Status will be "Open".
Now When I Save and Open it and go to Tab "CHANGES" and under the attribute select "Status" Its display no data because we have not change statue after creation, Now when I go to header data and change statue "Open" to "In Process" and go to tab "CHANGES" and select "Status" and click on Go I can see 1 record with "Change Data Time" and user id and etc... with "Value Change From" to "Value Change To".
I have check back-end system and go to that screen using UI designer and check than this is Embed Component embed to this screen.
Now I need to know how to read data using query or any other way to read data from embed component.
If this is not possible than any alternative to achieve this?
